Ali-Reza Haghjou

Ali-Reza Haghjou is a senior Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) and the head of the Immigration Department at Pax Law Corporation in North Vancouver, British Columbia. With over a decade of experience in Canadian immigration law, he brings strategic insight, compassion, and precision to every client file.

As the founder of Haghjou Immigration Services Inc. and a licensed member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, he has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families navigate the often complex pathways to Canadian residency and citizenship.

Since joining Pax Law in 2019, he has been instrumental in managing a wide range of immigration matters, from temporary and permanent residence applications to complex immigration appeals and inadmissibility cases.

He is especially known for his successful representation of refugee claimants before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, reflecting his commitment to human rights and access to justice.
