Dr. Samin Mortazavi is a Canadian lawyer and the founder of Pax Law Corporation, a full-service law firm established in March 2019 with offices in North Vancouver, British Columbia and Toronto, Ontario. Since the opening of Pax Law’s Toronto office in June 2026, Dr. Mortazavi divides his time between the firm’s Vancouver and Toronto locations, serving a growing client base across both British Columbia and Ontario, as well as clients throughout Canada and internationally.

Dr. Mortazavi is a member in good standing of both the Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of Ontario, and is qualified to practice law in both provinces. Holding dual doctorates in Law and Business Administration, he combines rigorous legal analysis with strategic business judgment to deliver exceptional outcomes for every client. Fluent in both English and Farsi, Dr. Mortazavi serves a diverse clientele, including a substantial portion of the Iranian-Canadian community in Metro Vancouver and the Greater Toronto Area.
