Submit two pieces of valid government-issued ID and proof of payment
STEP 3
Attend Your Consultation
Join virtually through Microsoft Teams or attend in person at our office

In-Person & Virtual Consultations
✔ Select “Virtual” in your appointment notes
✔ Download and install Microsoft Teams
✔ Submit your ID and payment at least 12 hours before your appointment
✔ Meetings scheduled before 9:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. will be held virtually
