Leila Soltani has been granted a Practitioner of Foreign Law licence by the Law Society of British Columbia and is authorized to offer Iranian legal services to clients. She is a licensed Iranian lawyer and a Practitioner of Foreign Law in British Columbia with nearly two decades of legal experience and has been a member in good standing of the Iranian Central Bar Association since 2006.
Since joining Pax Law Corporation in 2022, she has played a key role in the Immigration Department, contributing legal insight, professionalism, and cross-jurisdictional expertise in matters involving Iranian and Canadian legal systems.
Her legal background includes extensive experience in civil law, private law, and contract law. In Iran, she served as a university instructor and as an arbitrator for the Iranian Central Bar.
In Canada, she completed a comprehensive legal administration program, strengthening her knowledge of legal office procedures, document preparation, case management, and legal software. Her Canadian legal knowledge includes immigration, family, corporate, litigation, and real estate law.
